Program Manager (Manager III – Program Management)
Raytheon Intelligence and Space is looking for a Program Manager to lead the Kodiak Program which provides coordination and support to the customer in these key areas: Records and Information Management, Classification Management and Policy (including training), Archives and Records Center Project, Scanning Center, IT Service Desk, and customer Front Office Administrative Support. In this role, the Program Manager will lead the daily operations of the teams driving the Sponsor’s strategic initiatives and providing the next generation of Information Management. This is a dynamic program with a high cadence and manages oversight for nearly 250 FTEs valued at $37M annually.
The PM is expected to develop and adhere to the program’s Annual Operating Plan (AOP), ensuring program growth by assessing customer requirements, shaping opportunities, and achieving measurable customer satisfaction. The PM is responsible for the execution of the contract’s Statement of Work and leads the collaboration necessary across functional groups, broader Raytheon organizations and subcontractors to ensure program success.

Qualifications / Requirements:
Required Education :
BS degree Foreign relations, history, political science, area studies, language studies, physical or social sciences or comparable discipline relevant to the Kodiak program; or Engineering management, production operations, computer resources / information systems management, library science, business administration or comparable discipline. plus 10 years of relevant experience OR eighteen years of education, technical training, work, and/or military experience in lieu of a degree.
Top Secret clearance with polygraph is required.
