Patriot Launcher Material Program Manager - Stalowa Wola, Poland

Raytheon Missiles and Defense, Global Supply Chain (GSC) is conducting a search for a Material Program Manager to join the Patriot Product Line (PPL) in support of the Poland program.

As a member of the PPL you’ll report directly to the Patriot Lead Material Program Manager for the BMC4I IPT and be assigned to a Supplier Integrated Product Team (SIPT) working with a Polish supplier(s) tasked with building Patriot major end items (MEI).

Your primary responsibility will be to assist the Polish supplier(s) in standing up their supply chains and helping them execute the purchase of their material in accordance with supply chain best practices and Patriot requirements.

Responsibilities may also include but are not limited to:

  • Managing cost and schedule for GSC labor and material using earned value management (EVMS)
  • Oversite of the Supplier Management process (including Supplier Risk/Opportunity Management Plan, Supplier performance and communication of customer flow through requirements such as FAR/DFARS, ITAR)
  • Driving for material affordability, requiring engagement with the Integrated Product Team, supplier engineering, design engineering and quality
  • Identifying and securing Supply Chain resources to support the capture plan and managing the Supply Chain content of the proposal pipeline
  • Developing and executing material product plans/strategies
  • Creating and tracking key product area performance metrics
  • Driving/participating in Raytheon Six Sigma projects
  • Identifying and managing supply chain risks and opportunities

The position is located in Stalowa Wola, Poland.

NOTE - This role will require forward deployment directly to our Raytheon Poland office. Relocation will be governed by the terms and conditions of a Long Term International Assignment Memo of Understanding (MOU) document, created and executed by Raytheon International Assignment Services (IAS). There is no domestic US relocation offered with this position.

Required Skills

  • 8+ years’ experience in one of the following: Material Program Management, Program Management, Project Management (IPT), Subcontract Management, Supply Chain or Engineering
  • Experience working with cross functional teams
  • Currently hold a security clearance or able to obtain

Required Education:

  • Bachelors’ Degree

Desired Skills

  • MBA or Master’s Degree
  • Fluent in Polish
  • Experience with Government regulations and/or Public Laws as they pertain to procurements.
  • Experience with MRP systems
  • Experience with EVMS or equivalent financial tracking systems, IPDS, EACs, Risk Management or SOW DevelopmentInternational subcontracts or other international business experience
  • Experienced in various business models and contract types
  • Supply Chain Experience in Supplier & Subcontractor Management
  • Experience in international direct commercial and foreign military sales
  • Experience across Program Lifecycles from Development to Transition to Production
  • Experience working as a member of a Supplier Integrated Product Team (SIPT)
  • Outstanding written, verbal communication; strong presentation and organizational skills; has keen attention to detail
  • Working knowledge of IPDS, Risk, and IMP/IMS
  • Proven experience with Obsolescence Management and Solutions
  • R6Sigma Specialist
  • MPM Certification
  • Experience working on or leading cross functional teams
  • Ability to effectively establish and maintain positive working relationships with other functional organizations
  • Experience across Program Lifecycles from Development to Transition to Production
  • Strong computer experience including the use of Microsoft Office Suite
