The Digital Marketing team provides specialized Digital solutions to GM Marketing, Communications and Event (MCE) teams worldwide, a 40+ staff team working across 6 international platforms in Europe, Asia and the US. The team is in charge of on-boarding, developing & supporting transversal innovative Digital marketing tools to help GM MCE teams support the sales efforts, feeding and tracking all Digital marketing channels (websites, mobile applications, emailing tools, etc). The team has a 5+year of existence and is headed by a Global Head of Digital Marketing Solutions, based in Paris, sourcing the business projects and coordinating resources and teams in close coordination with the Group, CIB and other GM Digital teams to optimize the on-boarding and deployment of solutions. The local team in Lisbon comprises 5 people: a local Lead, 3 persons in charge of web/digital tools run and administration-and 1 front-end developer running our Wordpress platform. The team also works with a dedicated IT team based in Mumbai, as well as with other IT teams (Lisbon, Paris). ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES Working directly the Global Head of Digital Marketing Solutions and reporting to the local Lead, the Digital Project Manager, based in Lisbon will be the bridge in between Project sponsors, IT teams and the local operational Digital Marketing teams, providing with the expertise to support the team on their operational duties, and implementing the right project framework around them. The Digital Project Manager has a good knowledge of Digital Marketing tools and of their implementation. He/she is familiar with how to position them with a global information system for an organization. He/she is skilled in project management, able to instil an Agile mindset to facilitate and ensure the success of projects and implementing project management methodologies and associated tools and techniques. The Digital Project Manager will also be in charge on the maintainability of the system, ensuring that all IT Security rules apply to the solutions onboarded and deployed. The Digital Project Manager will have an holistic view of Digital Marketing solutions and lots of contacts with other BNP Paribas teams; he/she will be responsible for, but not limited to: · Build a project vision for all tools, including architecture, risk & issues, with the Global Head of Digital Marketing Solutions · Frame projects, adapt to existing sprint organization with operational teams · Ensure daily tasks can be monitored and maintained within the project framework, organize documentation · Onboard IT teams and ensure good coordination with them, respecting IT lifecycle & Risk framework · Provide project management method, expertise & tools to frame and execute the project on time, quality and budget; · Organize task allocation, prioritization and follow up with operational teams · Coordinate and execute specific aspects of the project: Reporting, stakeholder management, change management, resolving issues and ensuring high quality of deliverables, define and prepare KPIs to report to the project sponsors · Support operational team in developing their activity and in implementing improvements · Own the transformation for specific dimensions, taking the lead in facilitating improvements in that area · Evolve the toolsets and best practices and contribute to the development of the team · Support continuous improvement activity and business improvement projects with relevant partners · Gather feedback from team and stakeholders on existing set up and tools requirements/enhancements · Foster positive change environment across teams PROFILE · MSc or BSc degree in Business Administration, Engineering with specialization in Digital Marketing, or similar degree · Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management is required · Experience in a Digital Agency, coordinating various IT teams, designers and clients appreciated · Good knowledge of Digital Marketing tools and of Web marketing tactics and management of the Risks associated · Experience should include demonstration of ability to apprehend Information systems and elements of technical Architecture · Appetite for, or previous experience in Financial services would be appreciated · Technical notions in Information Systems and technical Architecture required · Project Management Certifications are a plus · Completely fluent in English – French is a plus · Proficient command of Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) · Good knowledge of Project Management techniques/tools · Strong written and verbal communication · Highly organised and able to multi-task · Very good analytical, synthesizing and data crunching skills · Rigorous, autonomous and multi-tasking · Capability to work under tight deadlines, excellent time management and prioritization · Technical notions in coding (html) appreciated but not mandatory Please note that only applications submitted in English will be considered.
