The selected candidate will be responsible for tracking and assigning all CG Basrah operations and maintenance (O&M) work orders (WO) in a manner consistent with contract requirements. This position reports to the CG Basrah Service Desk Supervisor. The duties and responsibilities listed below are representative of the nature and level of work assigned and are not necessarily all inclusive.     DUTIES:     - Become proficient in the use and completion of work orders (WO) produced by the Global Maintenance Management System (GMMS) or Work Orders for Windows (WOW)   - Develop a comprehensive knowledge of: - O&M contract (SAQMMA-12-D-0165) - C.3.H              Housing - C.4.P              Service Calls - C.4.S              Turn-Over (Make-Ready) Crews - C.11                Custodial Services - C.15                Vector and Pest control - C.20                Housing - C.25.H            Housing - Request for Proposal (SAQMMA-12-R-0012-A001) - CG Basrah Ramp-Up Plan (RUP) - Program Management Plan (PMP) - Safety Plan - Cost Control Plan (CCP) - Quality Control Plan (QCP) - Vector-Pest Control Plan - Fire Emergency Plan   - Develop a comprehensive knowledge of PAE O&M services, including: - Power generation - Electrical - Fire systems - Gates, barriers and hangars - Heating, ventilation and air conditioning - Housing - Logistics and warehousing - Motor Pool - Plumbing - Service Desk - Vehicle operations - Waste water - Water purification   - Review and enter equipment identification information into the GMMS or WOW - Prepare and submit detailed reports on scheduled, unscheduled and emergency WO for the Service Desk Supervisor - Prepare additional reports and perform additional duties as assigned by the Service Desk Supervisor               Qualifications:     EXPERIENCE:     -- The Service Desk Clerk must have a minimum of five years compatible customer    service and data entry experience in an overseas environment. --Ability to work effectively with multi-national staff and demanding customers   REQUIRED:   - Education: A high school diploma or GED is required. A two or four year degree in business, human resources, public administration or a related field, is desirable - Security Vetting: Ability to obtain a favorable MRPT certification prior to being hired is required for the position. Must maintain eligibility at the required certification level for the duration of the contract - Language Skills: Strong, professional, oral and written English communication skills - Citizenship: US Citizenship is not required for this position - Medical: Favorable passage of a drug screen and physical examination DESIRED: - Relevant overseas contract experience. - Experience working with PAE.     OTHER KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:   - Knowledge of all principles and processes involved in supporting contract responsibilities at an overseas facility - Experience providing excellent customer services - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that requires handling multiple tasks at a given time and rapidly adapting to changing priorities and schedules - Cross-cultural sensitivity with an international perspective - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Expert computer skills, specifically in Microsoft Word and Excel - Ability to become an active and functioning member of a team - Must have the ability to be innovative and be an agent for change - Expert communication skills to facilitate and disseminate information               An Equal Opportunity Employer.
