Job Description:

  • Develop expert knowledge of Broadcom's Integrated Cyber Defense Platform.
  • Be a distinguished subject matter expert on Information Security Group portfolio of solutions [namely Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB)], how they are architected and what important customer jobs they address
  • Understand how Broadcom Core-750 customers utilize ISG portfolio and recommend additional features that can be leveraged to increase their security posture
  • Ensure customer configuration aligns with recommended best practices
  • Serve as “the voice-of-the-customer” for ISG portfolio during feature prioritization and roadmap development to influence which solutions/offerings will be built, for whom and when
  • Deliver a regional “Structured Customer Engagement Model” that yields actionable feedback on ISG solution/offering strategy/vision/roadmap through execution of high impact events to include: Customer Advisory Boards, Technical Advisory Boards, Feature Advisory Boards, Field Advisory Boards, User Groups, Alpha/BETA program, Early Access Program (where applicable) and Strategic Customer Program [1-to-1 relationship building & ongoing interlock with Broadcom Core-750 customers
  • Build trusted relationships with technical and management stakeholders in Broadcom Core-750 accounts
  • Develop and proactively manage strong relationships with internal personnel in all functional areas of Broadcom (both sales and services functions)
  • Some travel may be required to assigned customer locations
  • Be available after hours for customer emergencies on occasion
  • Invest in ongoing self-development to acquire industry relevant skills necessary to satisfy Broadcom Core-750 needs
