Responsibilities: Carry out Radio Network performance monitoring for WCDMA and LTE (FDD & TDD) on daily basis Identify worst performing cells, troubleshoot and continuously improve the network quality & performance Daily monitoring and tracking of radio network statistics and performance, and perform necessary optimization to enhance radio network quality to meet KPI. Conduct drive / walk test and log files / call event / traces analysis Provide technical support to Customer Resolution team on complaints Responsible for special events handling and standby Perform parameter trials and conclude the trial result Able to perform simple programming (such as Python, VB, SQL, Excel Macro or Microsoft Access) Strong analytic and troubleshooting skills Preferably 1 to 2 years’ experience in similar industry Must be a team player Possess driving license Keen in new telecommunication technologies (such as NB-IoT, 5G, vRAN etc.) and radio network features Independent, possess self-initiative and fast learner Able to handle routine and extra workload, complete assigned and additional tasks and meet quantitative targets. Carry out monitoring of the performance/stability of the Planned Activity upgrade/patch. Execute parameter setting change on RNC/NodeB/EnodeB and Change Request as per required.
