This position is remote, candidates should reside in Atlanta, Baltimore, Dallas, Houston, Miami, Minneapolis, Philadelphia, Tampa, Wilmington or Raleigh area.

Minimum Requirements: 

  • Bachelors Degree in Design, Marketing, Communication or related field
  • 3 years’ experience managing multiple creative projects (i.e., digital assets, web, design, print, video, events/experiential)
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Creative thinking with an eye for process
  • Effective working with all levels of management
  • Deep understanding of the creative process
  • Excellent documentation skills; creating and maintaining project requirements, roadmaps, risks, etc.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects under tight deadlines with a sharp focus on detail
  • Flexibility and adaptability to evolving project requirements and timelines
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft SharePoint or similar 

Preferred Requirements: 

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Fluent in Spanish 
  • Proficient knowledge of project management software, experience with Asana 
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud software 
  • Experience with ServiceNow 

What will your day look like? 

As an Creative Project Manager, you will understand the intricacies of concepting, development and production of print, digital, and video projects. You will plan, schedule, and collaborate with stakeholders to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables. You will also develop comprehensive creative briefs, project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. You will ensure creative projects are delivered within scope and timeline constraints through active monitoring of project progress, track tasks, and proactively identify and address potential roadblocks. You’ll manage and prioritize concurrent projects, at various project stages of planning and development.

Additionally, you will consolidate and streamline repeatable tasks to develop process efficiencies, automation, and workflows while, continuously developing expertise in all internal systems and tools. You also will support and train other team members to take full advantage of our platforms. You will own and lead internal status meetings and project planning meetings and generate reports for management. You will manage workflow of projects assigned to third party vendors and participate as an active member of design brainstorm sessions. Lastly, you will manage the Digital Asset Management system.

Physical Demands, Work Environment, and Other Requirements 

Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
