We are seeking a talented Marketing Specialist to help manage affiliate and partner marketing programs, leverage data and analytics to acquire the right customers and positively impact marketing performance down to the bottom line.

What you’ll do:

  • The Partner Marketing Specialist will be a key contributor in the strategy and execution of the Zulily affiliate program in effort to identify opportunities for growth, working alongside internal and external partners/vendors. 
  • This role includes responsibility for a variety of affiliates/partner marketing tasks including contributing to negotiating placements, maintain a high level of communication with our network and 3rd party partners, overall program maintenance, regular reporting and data analysis.
  • This role contributes to Zulily's success by intelligently deploying our marketing budget in high ROI opportunities and acquiring high value customers.

How you’ll do it:

  • Assist in identifying and recruiting publishers through research or referrals
  • Deliver a data-driven, quantitative approach to affiliate marketing; using metrics to measure success and test/plan new campaigns and find areas of improvement
  • Supply event links, brand & PR campaigns, and creative assets to publishers/influencers
  • Assist in developing promotional strategies and incentive programs
  • Build and cultivate effective relationships with publishers, influencers, and agencies
  • Continuous communication with our current publishers and 3rd party vendors
  • Proactively monitor traffic sources and leads on all campaigns
  • Maintain affiliate/influencer marketing calendar and newsletter
  • Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company’s Vision, Mission, and Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and suppliers.


  • 1-2 years relevant experience managing digital marketing campaigns
  • Experience analyzing campaign performance and performing data analysis
  • Ability to work cross-functionally to ensure program success
  • Experience launching new channels and programs
  • Strong relationship building and maintenance skills
  • Strong problem identification and resolution skills
  • Detail-oriented and ability to manage priorities
  • High level of proficiency using Excel for data analysis and reporting
  • SQL and Tableau experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
