Division Overview

Strategy is at the core of the business of Adenza. A well-articulated and quantified strategy drives attention and investment across the organization. The Capital Market Solution Strategy Division is responsible for driving business growth in partnership with the sales organization and driving the full lifecycle of strategic initiatives for Adenza in partnership with multiple stakeholders across R/D, Finance, and Customer Success. The Presales sub-division delivers end-to-end activities to win new business with existing and new clients by working closely with every department to deliver high-quality responses and impactful presentations. The Product Marketing division organizes Go-To-Market activities and promotes the corresponding solutions to customers, prospects, and partners through all available media.

Team and Role Overview

Adenza is seeking a Presales COE – Specialist to be a team contributor in Sales Opportunities across the globe. The Product Specialist will be responsible for multiple aspects of the process including the management of Presales environments, Preparation of POC Set-up, and conducting Demos within the specified timelines as per opportunity-specific requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze use cases/test scenarios to create Plans, Schedules, and environment set-ups in a timely manner
  • Map POC use case / RFP requirements to Calypso Solution features and configure the system to demonstrate how Calypso can meet clients’ requirements.
  • Engage with Presales/prospects to Ensure that all necessary information is collated before producing a solution set-up. 
  • Contextualize Demo setup to specific Client/prospect needs based on inputs from Sales and presales
  • Extend required support to the Presales Organization in a professional manner and to the agreed time frames
  • Identify and flag product gaps for necessary prospect/client communication by Presales
  • Deliver the value proposition and the Unique Selling Proposition of the Calypso Solution in the Initial Demos as and when required.
  • Partner with Presales Organization and shadow subject matter expertise in a specific Asset class & Modules
  • Team with Presales / R & D to feedback on issues with current products / Modules and provide input around new products / Modules 
  • Maintain, augment and improve the library of reusable components, templates, checklists, Presentations, and processes to reduce response time and improve the quality on future POCs / Demos
  • Research, liaise, and Work with R & D & Presales and gather information to update “Presales Environments” from time to time
  • Upgrade the Presales Environment periodically and conduct/participate in the UAT process
  • High willingness to learn in the areas of innovations and should keep abreast of relevant new Calypso features/releases 

Skills And Requirements

  • Strong sales orientation with a consulting mindset.
  • Strong experience in end-to-end presales / Project Implementation
  • Strong Domain expertise in Treasury Solutions of Calypso, Murex, FIS and Finastra, etc 
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in Treasury Solutions / RFP domain
  • Good understanding of the financial industry and various asset classes like Interest rate Derivatives, FX Options, Fixed Income, Money Market, Security Finance, FX, Commodity Derivatives, Credit Derivatives, and Structured products 
  • Excellent presentation and written/oral communication skills 
  • Ability to work in a deadline-conscious, results-driven environment
  • Educational Qualification Minimum Graduation (BE/ BTech/ Science), MBAs, Post Graduations 
  • Experience in using RFP / Demo Tools is a plus
  • Prior Demo experience with Clients / Prospects across the Globe a plus
  • Technical knowledge of Java, JBoss, Spring Boot, Oracle a plus

Good locality with connectivity to Balewadi Highstreet, Pashan Hill, Mumbai-Pune Expressway, Hospitals, Schools, and shopping malls.
