POSITION SUMMARY 

The Associate will be based in Hong Kong and will support the Channel Marketing responsibilities for Greater China. This role will support all fundraising activities for the various client segments, i.e.: Institutional, Private Wealth and Family Office.

Main responsibility(but not limited to): is to work closely with the Greater China Business Development team(s) and support the marketing efforts for the various client segments. To provide relevant client touch points in a timely manner so as to deepen the client engagement journey with both prospects and clients. The role is ideal for someone who is dynamic, energetic and thrives in a fast paced environment.

This role reports to the Head of Greater China Marketing and will partner cross-functionally with institutional and wealth sales, product and investment teams as well as the broader APAC and Global Marketing teams.

Work with key stakeholders to plan and execute marketing activities for the Institutional, Private Wealth and Family Office segments to complement sales ambitions. Collaborate with Sales, Compliance, Legal, and Investment teams to bring product narratives to life. It’s important to have a strong understanding of the clients/prospects KKR is targeting in the wealth and institutional space.

To help develop sales enablement assets and create efficient work flows for the sales team(s). Identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness through better client segmentation, marketing touch points, processes and KPI’s.

To help grow and implement new digital marketing campaigns to create profiling and lead generation opportunities.

Content marketing capabilities assisting with creation, repackaging and execution of marketing assets across multiple media - including social media, blogs, websites and emails in English, Traditional and Simplified Chinese.

To partner on content for events program and support execution as needed, which may or may not require travel outside Hong Kong.

To measure, provide insights and optimize in line with the desired client engagement journey. Analyze campaigns and ensure activities have a measurable ROI - be agile and willing to update and change tactics where campaigns fall short of expectations.

Manage timelines, resources, and maintain effective communications and relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

As part of the APAC marketing team, you will be a member of a highly collaborative, tight-knit team. You possess the following abilities:

Experience within the Asset Management/ Financial industries is preferred. A reliable and responsive team member with a client-centric mindset and a ‘can do’ attitude.

At least 5-7 years of working in a similar capacity with track record of successful and stakeholder management.

Excellent writing and communication skills, which may include translating English marketing materials into Traditional and Simplified Chinese.

Strong ability to think strategically and creatively to overcome obstacles with effective solutions.

Strong interpersonal communications, including the ability of prioritizing or re-prioritizing, and using good judgment in engaging business partners.
