Manages day-to-day Treasury department functions including cash forecasting and reporting, liquidity management, investments. Coordinates with foreign locations on working capital matters and repatriations. Supervises and leads the work of one or two analysts. Domestic or international travel may be required.


  • Manage preparation of weekly US cash forecast; review for accuracy, summarize results, investigate and explain variances, drive results. Manage monthly and quarterly worldwide cash reporting
  • Review daily and weekly business unit forecasts for accuracy, liaison with business units for correction or explanation as needed
  • Partner with key business units impacting working capital and liquidity, including but not limited to A/P, Purchasing, Materials and Procurement Planning, and FP&A
  • Develop and document funding and repatriation strategies/processes with Tax, Legal and Accounting to improve US Liquidity with minimum tax impact
  • Support cash management activities as required, approve wires, back-up other employees
  • Evaluate and approve requests for intercompany funding and dividends
  • Manage intercompany loans, interest rate resets, coordinate interest & principal payments
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual cash forecasting metrics including historical analysis and modeling
  • Manage US Investments process by determining amount to invest and tenor based on working capital and liquidity needs, manage counterparty relationships, forecast worldwide interest income
  • Approve foreign investments on amount and tenor and assess counterparty risks
  • Support reporting and communication to senior management and Board of Directors with analysis, metrics and presentations on quarterly basis
  • Other duties may be assigned


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting, MBA preferred
  • 8 – 10 years Treasury related experience
  • CTP and/or Cert ICM certification preferred
  • Experience with Quantum Treasury management system preferred


  • Advanced knowledge of Cash Management, Liquidity Management, Investments, and Working Capital
  • Read, analyze, and interpret financial and legal documents
  • Manage large amounts of financial data.
  • Write complex business correspondence using excellent grammar, correct punctuation and spelling, cohesive structure, concise working and appropriate tone
  • Communicate confidently and clearly with senior management
  • Present credible image
  • Set clear expectations and follow through on them
  • Negotiate, persuade and influence
  • Conduct business and perform responsibilities in ethical manner
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with internal personnel and/or external contacts
  • Facilitate meetings and present to large groups
  • Maintain strict confidentiality as required by law/regulation/company policy on financial performance/data
  • Self-starter, works independently, deals with ambiguity, exercises prudent judgment
  • Some travel required
  • Effectively manage staff while observing employment laws, company policies and guidelines
  • Technically proficient in use of Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Oracle, and web-based Banking portals
