Cadreon- Finance Director, US FP&A Tracking Code 20154795 Job Description Position Summary : This position will lead US Financial Planning & Analysis process of Cadreon and report directly to the Cadreon US SVP, Finance. This role will operate in a matrix organization and has a dotted line to Kinesso Global SVP FP&A and Cadreon Global VP FP&A. This role will contribute to the overall strategic company plan through development of robust financial insight and actionable data, informed by a deep understanding of financial and business priorities. This position requires a motivated, results-oriented finance professional with strong analytical skills and who must be able to manage and complete multiple financial analysis projects accurately in a fast-paced environment. Essential Functions: Lead the US financial forecasting process and ensure compliance with deadlines and financial guidelines set by Cadreon WW, Kinesso Corporate and parent company IPG. Provide consolidated and regional Cadreon US Monthly/Quarterly/Annual financial reporting requirements for US leadership, providing updates and responding to inquiries from Cadreon WW and Kinesso. Lead the preparation of Cadreon US consolidated and regional reporting packages; provide updates and insightful analysis on monthly/quarterly business performance versus targets and prior year performance, such that the US leadership team can better understand the business reasons for variances both against target and the prior year, detailed opportunities and risks in relation to delivering to the financial targets. Prepare Client P&L with input from the Client Finance team to analyze financial health of each client account. Responsible for U.S. Corporate P&L forecasting and actuals. Manage and complete preparation and analysis of executive level summaries for presentation and business review. Maintain financial reporting, forecasting and analysis of key performance indicators of strategic financial plan across the U.S. regional and U.S. Corporate offices. Work closely with the Controllers team and Client Finance teams. Create ad-hoc financial analyses as needed Contribute to the enhancement and development projects necessary for our financial systems Manage Capital Expenditures process for Cadreon US, including forecasting and documentation. Review and approve T&E authorization requests and expense reports. Lead and motivate the FP&A team and help develop each team members’ career paths Job Specifications: 8+ years of experience in a financial operations role, with budgeting and analysis responsibilities. Media or Digital advertising industry experience is preferred. BS/BA in Finance or Accounting is required. CPA or MBA preferred. Highly proficient in advanced MS Office products (Excel and PowerPoint) as well as experience with Hyperion. Working knowledge of GAAP is required. Experience in a fast paced, client service environment; a high sense of urgency, a positive attitude and willingness to learn Must have the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines; possession of strong organizational and time-management skills, the ability to understand and establish appropriate priorities, excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail Proven ability to build relationships with team members and business unit leads The individual will be expected to work independently and also be able to collaborate with all levels of employees, management, and external agencies to maximize performance, problem solving, and results About Cadreon Cadreon offers brands a strategic partner in creating lifetime customer value across addressable media.
