In this role, you will…
- Develop and generate key ongoing reports such as business performance metrics that includes relevant and insightful analysis and commentary
- Proactively provide suggestions to improve existing reporting and ideas for new reporting that would provide more actionable business insights
- Provide ad hoc analysis on a need to basis, in response to requests or to support recommendations
- Work cross functionally with Sales Teams, Sales Analytics, Sales Operations, Marketing, IT to develop the necessary infrastructure to enable reporting like Einstein reports.
- Data-mart access security management and SOP design
- Field visit with Sales Team to support internal data analysis
In this role, you’ll need …
- Has 4+ years and above experience in data collection, statistics and analysis
- Strong analytical skills for business and sales data
- Strong project management & cross-functional teamwork, with a sense of teamwork and coordination skills
- Strong understanding of Salesforce.com’s structure, capabilities and report/ dashboard functionality
- Strong learning capacity in a dynamic, fast paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Be proactive in the work and independent positive thinking
- Strong logical thinking and good data analysis ability, able to establish recommendations with data support
- With high sense of responsibility, patience and confidentiality consciousness (Data security awareness for both external and internal persons).
- Strong attention to detail.
