This function within the Global Sourcing & Import-Export department is managing an NPI Procurement team, including buyers and administrators, as well as global sourcing, NPI processes, collaboration with cross-functional teams - emphasize on cost optimization and on time delivery, leading projects

The position consists of - but not limited to – team management, leading KPIs, negotiation, sourcing, suppliers’ management, NPI, contractual processes, cross-functional collaboration within the organization, while ensuring procurements’ best practices.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Manage an NPI Procurement team, including buyers and administrators
• Overall responsibility for suppliers and subcontractors deliverables, as of NPI stages, through negotiation, to enhancing business relations
• Global sourcing of suppliers and subcontractors
• Suppliers and contract manufacturers management
• TCO Analysis, spend management and make/buy recommendations 
• Set and measure KPIs
• Control suppliers’ performance
• Overseas travel may be applicable

QUALIFICATIONS

BA degree – Must

MA/MBA – An Advantage

Procurement/Supply Chain studies – An advantage

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• At least 3 years of Purchasing/Supply Chain team management experience – Must
• Fluent Hebrew and English (verbal and written) – Must
• Strong negotiation skills - Must
• Experience in global procurement and overseas suppliers’ relations - Must
• Knowledge and hands-on experience Subcontracting management - Required
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workloads – Required
• Excellent communication, organizational and problem solving skills – Required
• Effective collaboration skills with cross-functional teams – Required
• Self-motivation and professionalism – Required
