What you will do

As a Sr. Quality Engineer, Post Market Intelligence will provide quality engineering support to field service activities and our customer care organization. You will advocate and lead the execution of initiatives & projects to enhance quality performance as part of Continuous Improvement. Ensure compliance to regulation and standards.

  • Work with service management to implement and maintain service and installation quality assurance processes
  • Develop and drive continuous improvement processes: perform ongoing departmental gap analysis and work with function manager to prioritize and resolve. 
  • Review and approve all service and installation quality compliance documentation and ECRs
  • Perform review and approval of service cases for compliance and disposition. 
  • Develop and communicate compliance metrics; drive performance to meet or exceed these metrics 
  • Participate in Service and R&D projects representing the quality function as needed; includes project management of small quality-related projects
  • Travel to service calls, installations, and training as necessary to maintain practical field service knowledge

What you need

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science or related discipline
  • 2+ year of experience in engineering, science or related regulated industry experience
  • Familiarity with ISO 13485, GDP, GMP concept desirable.
  • Knowledge of engineering, risk and quality concepts
