What you will do

As the Lead Analyst for Finance Training & Development you have the opportunity to accelerate your finance career in a unique role with high level exposure and influence. You will actively lead the execution of a large-scale high impact project, ensuring the key business objectives are met timely. You use your deep technical accounting knowledge, experience in financial systems, and process excellence orientation to develop broad technical training materials and programs for Stryker’s global finance community. In close partnership with other Corporate functions such as Internal Audit and Technical Accounting and Policy, you master accounting policies, systems, and processes and translate them into dynamic learning materials to ensure the highest standard of quality and efficiency, impacting KPI’s and providing business value. Your own experiences in your finance career help you create unique development programs for global finance shared service employees that set Stryker apart as a gold-standard for employee development. Connecting with other subject matter experts and accounting functional leaders around the world, you leverage relationships to elevate adherence to technical standards. What you need

  • 4+ years of accounting experience, including understand of complex accounting concepts•Experience working in a shared service center across a global/large organization•Exceptional communication and presentation skills

Work From Home: Remote

Travel Percentage: 10%
