The Role…

This is a great opportunity to really establish yourself in a fast paced and constantly evolving business. We are looking for someone self-motivated and ambitious to join our field sales team in Devenport as a Business Development Executive.

This is a role that will see you developing long term, trusting relationships with some of Amatil’s amazing customers.

Some of what you will do:

• Develop and execute promotional plans with customers, ensuring adherence to agreed deliverables
• Visit your customers on a regular call cycle to help drive growth and maximise opportunity
• Develop strong customer engagement through a collaborative approach
• Demonstrate knowledge of competitor activities, strategies, pricing, client objections, & local market characteristics through various reporting mechanisms

Perfect world stuff:

• Prior sales or management experience
• Ability to easily develop strong, long-lasting relationships
• Motivated and resilient attitude towards goals
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence a positive outcome
• Excellent planning, time management and organisational skills
