Für unser HR-Team in Frankfurt suchen wir befristet für 12 Monate eine/n

HR Operations Specialist w/m/d – 80 – 100% (hybrid)

Ihr Aufgabengebiet:

• Betreuung der Mitarbeitenden in allen operativen HR-Themen 
• Be- und Erarbeitung von arbeitsrechtlichen Fragestellungen und Themen
• Begleitung von globalen HR-Projekten und -Prozessen 
• Administrative Abwicklung von Personalmaßnahmen unter Berücksichtigung arbeitsrechtlicher Rahmenbedingungen 
• Zusammenarbeit mit dem Betriebsrat sowie mit internen und externen Partnern und Behörden
• Mitarbeit, Durchführung und Dokumentation von relevanten lokalen HR-Prozessen und Regelungen 
• Ansprechpartner für Themen bzgl. Payroll / Schnittstelle zu Dienstleistern
• ggf. Bewerberadministration

Qualifications

• Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit entsprechendem Schwerpunkt z.B. Personal oder vergleichbare kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung z.B. Personalfachkaufmann/-frau
• Idealerweise schon relevante Berufserfahrung oder auch erste Erfahrungen, im Rahmen von HR-Praktika / Werkstudententätigkeiten in HR-Operations
• Gute Kenntnisse in Office 365 erforderlich, von Vorteil sind Kenntnisse in YES und SAP HR
• Organisationsgeschick, sorgfältige Arbeitsweise und Freude an der Bearbeitung von vielseitigen Themen
• Engagement, Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit, Vertrauenswürdigkeit sowie die Fähigkeit bereichs- und länderübergreifend zu agieren
• Sehr gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
