Provide strategic and operation leadership of the Process Excellence function while being part of the BSC Leadership Team.
Bring industry best practices in the relevant functional space.
Work with the Global Business Services Process Excellence Leader to design, implement and continuously improve the GBS Performance Management playbook, consisting of Key Performance Indicator scorecards, visual management, identification of improvements and front-line problem solving.
Support KPI target setting by providing internal and external benchmarks
Ensure BSC operational teams are enabled.
Stewardship of the the overall GBS Continuous Improvement playbook, including a globally consistent methodology (i.e. Lean Six Sigma), etc.
Ensure capability build within operational teams through a network of certified BSC operational employees.
Stewardship of the GBS New Ways of Working playbook, including Automation, Digital, Artificial Intelligence, etc.
Operational oversight of teams that engage in the above activities within BSC.
First and foremost, significant GBS experience in large scale global organizations is essential.
Experience in implementing and leading similar GBS Process Excellence Functions is required.
Strong program management, Lean and Six Sigma (or other leading Quality Framework) experience needed, preferably should be certified Master Black Belt.
Ideally strong background and understanding of RPA technology, especially UIPath.
8+ years of work experience out of which at least 5 years in relevant fields.
Must have strong executive presence, initiative and proven ability to drive change.
