Those that do not want to get their hands dirty or build out a function against a blank slate without buying pre-packaged solutions should not apply.   Under the direction of Sales Planning Leadership, this role provides MSD category and enterprise forecasting and trade analysis. The analysis will result in recommendations for process improvement, forecast accuracy, trade efficiency, distribution changes, and merchandising strategy changes that will help to drive profitable revenue/OI growth. This position will be an integral part of identifying and addressing new and existing business opportunities across all MSD categories and business teams. The position serves as MSD Sales Planning team support for the application of trade tools and resources to base and incremental business opportunities and providing an assessment of sales controllable, including promotion, pricing and frequency. This analyst is also responsible for driving distribution. Shelving and merchandising recommendations to the field teams. The successful applicant will have strong technical skills, business analytic aptitude, and demonstrated drive for results. This position provides key analytical learning and growth in the Sales function at Kraft Foods. Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities: The role would serve to fill three key Sales Planning Team Needs 1) Reporting/Measurement and Tracking of key performance and programming metrics • All Sales Portal Volume/Pacing Reports • ECO/Nielsen Consumption Reporting • Category Trade Tracking • SMG Funding loads • TPM/K-Plan/Essbase Reporting 2) In Depth Trade analysis • Post program Analysis of Trade Infusions. (i.e. Truckloads, Distribution Drives, Retail Surge) • Annual Trade Program Analysis (pre/post event) 3) Provide/update common ‘templates’ for Annual Planning, Category Leadership , IBP and BU- Field Engagement vehicles • Annual Business Plan Creation and Quarterly Review • Gold Standard POG recommendations • Core Distribution Lists by Category • Senior Staff/Region/Retail Meeting Template update Qualifications   • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree with preferred study emphasis in field of business, finance or info systems • Post-graduate degree preferred (MBA, Accounting, Finance) • Strong analytic / problem solving capability • Strong technical aptitude and ability (MS Excel, MS Office, Database Management, HTP, KPLAN) • Good project management and training skills • Solid written / oral communication and interpersonal skills • Solid organization, project management and planning skills • Demonstrated analytical curiosity and intellectual horsepower       Kraft Heinz Company, Inc. is an equal employment employer and is committed to providing employment opportunities to minorities, females, veterans, and disabled individuals.
