Job Description

Arrive at work at the assigned time, dressed accordingly.

  • Wear appropriate PPE as described in employee training program.
  • Flex hours to provide project leadership may be requested by the direct supervisor.
  • Must be proficient on computer and capable on all Microsoft Programs.
  • CAD experience desired.
  • Apply classroom teaching and common sense to manufacturing support and problem solving.
  • Co­op/Summer Help Coordinator will assign the employee to a direct supervisor who will provide daily assignments.
  • Assignments could include:

o Data entry.

o Team oriented problem solving.

o Individual problem solving activities.

o Update and create drawings at engineer’s direction in CATIA V5.

o Keep records of projects in an orderly manner.

o Update Coordinator on workload periodically.

o Provide feedback on relevancy of work and desired career direction.

o Travel locally to machine shops and suppliers as needed.

  • Conduct yourself in a professional manner, be respectful and courteous.
  • Understand company core principals and business priorities.
