Every day is a new challenge, and you're continually looking for ways to help our team get better at what we do, in the most efficient way possible. A team player at heart, you collaborate with our global team, advocate best practices and roll up your sleeves to pitch in when it's all hands on deck. You will work closely with groups across Google, other Bets and Alphabet, leveraging your deep knowledge of Finance processes and system to develop solutions that meet our future business requirements.

You know how to work with Finance teams on complex projects in a matrix team structure to establish overarching strategy, goals and objectives, define requirements, design new business processes and data, structure and implement projects, and communicate status to stakeholders.

You understand execution risk and how to mitigate it and know effective change management is core to success. You're a role model for change and drive efforts with business teams to ensure planned benefits are delivered. You understand stakeholder management and are adept at managing relationships across a large and complex organization, and professional services partners.

The name Google came from "googol," a mathematical term for the number 1 followed by 100 zeros.
