As a Strategic Partner Manager on the Content Partnerships team at YouTube, you'll have a unique opportunity to create long-lasting relationships with your portfolio of partners, and to apply and hone business skills in an entrepreneurial environment. You're comfortable working on complex content agreements with partners, as well as working cross-functionally with colleagues across multiple disciplines, to ensure our partners are positioned for success on YouTube and to provide the best possible experience for our users.

The YouTube Creator and Artist Development (CA Dev) Programs team provides program management across all of the Creator and Artist programs. Fast-paced, dynamic and proactive, Program Managers on the team focus on project management to support YouTube’s key operational priorities and drive actionable insights. You will apply critical thinking to make recommendations and inform major business decisions. You will be an expert on YouTube’s business model and operations and will apply your analytical experience to help advise strategy and optimize Creator and Artist Development Programs.

As a Global Program Manager for the Creator and Artist Development Program, you will support the design and implementation of a 1:1 engagement model that meets creator needs and is aligned with YouTube’s larger creator offering. You will be responsible for operational excellence to drive scale, reporting on key results and providing oversight of key aspects of the global program, including creator content/experience, product/policy activations, portfolio fill, management reporting, SPM and manager communications and compliance.

  • Manage, coach and mentor Program Managers on their various workstreams. Provide thought leadership, program management and analyze incoming data to create insights. Identify strategic opportunities for the Content Partnership teams to add value to spot gaps and optimize existing operations.
  • Lead and deliver strategic initiatives spanning engagement model, PSAT enhancement, operational excellence, tool and workflow enhancements and content strategies. Represent CA Dev for your respective programs and network with a diverse set of stakeholders, generate buy-in and navigate conflicting priorities to ensure on time project delivery.
  • Maximize program successes through effective project organization, accurate prioritization and trade offs. Evaluate progress and communicate program status, risks and next steps to internal stakeholder teams.
  • Establish and continuously improve processes, workflows, tools and documentation to ensure efficient cross-functional collaboration.
  • Leverage technical and analytical abilities to automate tasks.
