  • Experience in SQL and Salesforce reporting.

  • MBA degree.
  • Experience in consulting and/or strategy operations.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and experience with data visualization.
  • Ability to quickly debug issues and find resolutions.
  • Excellent organization, negotiation, multi-tasking, project and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, including ability to take complex, ambitious topics and create compelling narratives for different audiences.

As a Global Program Manager on the Content Partnerships team at YouTube, you'll have a unique opportunity to create long-lasting relationships with your portfolio of partners, and to apply and hone business skills in an entrepreneurial environment. You're comfortable working on complex content agreements with partners, as well as working cross-functionally with colleagues across multiple disciplines, to ensure our partners are positioned for success on YouTube and to provide the best possible experience for our users.

The YouTube Creator and Artist Development (CA Dev) Programs team provides program management across all of the Creator and Artist programs. Fast-paced, dynamic and proactive, Program Managers on the team focus on project management to support YouTube’s key operational priorities and drive actionable insights. You will apply critical thinking to make recommendations and inform major business decisions. You will be an expert on YouTube’s business model and operations and will apply your analytical experience to help advise strategy and optimize Creator and Artist Development Programs.

As a Global Program Manager for the Creator and Artist Development Program, you will support the design and implementation of a 1:1 engagement model that meets creator needs and is aligned with YouTube’s larger creator offering. From scoping to analysis to implementation, you will be responsible for working with global teams on projects that impact the entire content operations organization.

Responsibilities

  • Program manage the insights and tools workstream to ensure successful design and execution of our creator programs. Manage program strategy and day-to-day execution of product activations, diversity and inclusion initiatives and service model improvements.
  • Manage teams in the creation and maintenance of new and existing articles for the CA Dev team’s knowledge base. Own communications to the global CA Dev Organization around strategy and operational updates pertaining to different programs.
  • Provide thought leadership, program management and analysis of incoming data to create program-level insights. Communicate recommendations to management and drive recommendations through to implementation.
  • Lead working groups focused on internal tools. Ensure that the tools and workflows work as intended and partner with cross-functional teams to incorporate program changes as we continue to adapt our programs to business and creator needs.
