Walmart’s Customer Experience team is at the leading edge of innovation for Walmart and we need your help making sure that innovation enables an incredible customer experience. In our fast-paced environment, you will have an opportunity to build new capabilities and access world-class resources to drive a deeper understanding of customer behavior, attitudes and preferences across the entire value chain. Our team has broad reach, high exposure, and deep impact. We work cross-functionally across many areas of the business (think: supply chain, product, marketing, comms, finance, customer care) and get a unique view of what it takes to run a highly-successful omni-channel business.

With the customer at the forefront, we have the ability to help deliver the easiest shopping experience at the lowest cost, both digitally and physically. That’s where you come in. As the Associate Director, Customer Experience, you’ll be the voice of the customer and consult with senior executives across the organization.

You will lead cross-functional teams to drive NPS performance of key categories and journeys, as well as identify root causes, develop and test solutions, and present findings and recommendations to senior leaders.

You will sweep us off your feet if you have:

  • You have a strong background in CX and desire to understand customer pain points and feedback to develop insights and make it actionable.
  • Success in generating actionable customer insights to support business partners on business strategies.
  • Consultative experience and thought leadership skills to see both the big picture and details.

You will make an impact by:

  • Shape what CX means for Walmart.and improve the lives of millions of customers by driving customer-centric decisions across our Walmart US business.
  • Helping key stakeholders envision the future and helping them prioritize where to invest in their businesses.
  • Leading cross functionally and being strategically embedded with the business as the go-to resource for a host of customer concerns and solutions.
  • Being a part of a new team that is diverse and spread across multiple locations.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3 years' experience in strategic sourcing and procurement.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field and 3 years' experience in marketing operations, business management, or related field OR 5 years' experience in marketing operations, business management, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 4 years' experience in marketing or advertising agency management.
  • 4 years' experience leading cross-functional projects.
