The Private Wealth Management Operations Support team assists clients and associates in the delivery of wealth management advice and solutions.

As the Client Service Specialist II, you will be administrating Investment Accounts and Individual Retirement Accounts. As such, you will be serving as the main point of contact for your clients as they have requests related to their accounts. You will act as a resource to other client service associates on the team, providing leverage to execute on tasks and responsibilities.

How you will spend your time:

  • You will serve as the main point of contact for clients.
  • You will be responsible for managing day to day client transactions, such as money movements, disbursements & receipts/deposits.
  • You will work collaboratively with Senior Associates on team to resolve complex client related issues and escalations.
  • You will ensure clients have a positive service experience that always exceeds their expectations.
  • You will build and maintain client relationships aimed at client retention and engagement.
  • You will maintain and update Salesforce CRM for all client activities.
  • You will maintain client paperwork and electronic data files for all client relationships.
  • You will understand the client’s overall business needs and help identify value-added services that Private Wealth can provide.
  • You will review activities within the job scope for sufficient controls to prevent errors, fraud, and misstatements of financial results.
  • You will perform required Administrative Compliance reviews with clients.
  • You will ensure adherence to corporate policy, operational policy, and regulatory guidance.
  • You will create and deliver prospect marketing materials.
  • You will ensure all minimum standards of care are met across all client relationships assigned, and that there is sufficient meeting preparation and follow-ups are delivered upon.
  • Other duties as assigned.

We’re excited to talk with you if:

  • You possess a Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or combination of education and experience that provides and equivalent background.
  • You have 3+ years of applicable experience within Financial Services.
  • You have an understanding of financial services client service best practices and a knack for generating “wow” moments for clients.
  • You have general knowledge of new account opening, client onboarding requirements and cash management.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
  • You are proficient in Salesforce CRM software. 

Bonus points if:

  • You have demonstrated client service experience within a wealth management institution.
  • You have knowledge of Personal Trust, Custody, and Investment management service offerings and account types. 
  • You have working knowledge of complex account types.
  • You have demonstrated experience with a wide range of client situations and inquiries.
  • You have experience in supporting financial planning data collection, entry, and process.
  • You have general knowledge of compliance rules and regulations within wealth management. 
  • You have proficiency in UMB custody and clearing platforms such as SEI and Fidelity Wealthscape.
  • You have proficiency with eMoney client portal and financial planning software.
  • You have proficiency in Workday, Peoplesoft, Archer, Skillport and Hyperion.

Compensation Range:

Minimum: $44,790.00 - Maximum: $103,820.00
