We are seeking a highly motivated candidate to support Process Research and Development (PR&D) in executing critical business functions and support the operations of the organization. Excellent communication and presentation skills are required and a demonstrated ability to collaborate across departmental boundaries is essential. 

Key components of the position include (but are not limited to) coordination and organization of departmental staff meetings and key departmental reviews; compilation of PR&D priorities oversight of progression/realization; sponsorship of select priorities and committees such as PR&D capital steering team; execution of PR&D communication strategy; alignment and teaming of PR&D LT. This position will have a significant component representing the PR&D function on key strategic initiatives and oversight committees, and a variety of opportunities for cross departmental collaboration (e.g. finance interface). 

The successful candidate will have a demonstrated ability to effectively lead cross-functional teams, initiative to seek solutions to critical business processes and a strong financial and business acumen. Additionally, the candidate will have demonstrated strengths in building the best teams and talent identification, and engage strongly in driving an inclusive culture for the organization. 

Qualifications

Education: 

BS degree in chemistry, biology, biochemistry or related disciplines with at least 10 years of experience in industry, or a MS or PhD degree in chemistry, biology, biochemistry or related disciplines and 5 years of experience in industry or academia.
