Our product offers are growing extremely fast and so is our marketing demand generation team. This key role will be significantly involved in global marketing campaigns to create and accelerate revenue-driving activities. 

We’re looking for someone that’s technically curious, organised, thoroughly and has attention to detail. Moreover, we are looking for candidates that are interested in understanding our business and working in international teams.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Handle our daily marketing automation activities and work with our Task Management Tool to track progress of operational requests coming from the marketing team
  • Transform assets from the content, creative and demand generation team into lead capturing campaigns
  • Supervise and work hands on the email creation process to finalizing the send out
  • Implement and develop Marketo campaigns that support each business line’s demand generation strategy and ensure proper lead flow
  • Handle and ensure data quality for entries into our system
  • Responsible to track, measure, and report on the (global) campaign, email and event performance 
  • Deal with technical aspects of Marketo and Salesforce.com in order to generate, distribute, and report on leads.
  • Know the ins and outs of our Marketing Stack to support the marketing team with technical questions about the tools we use in Marketing

What You Will Bring:

  • Min 6 months to a year of Salesforce and Marketo experience.
  • Understand and have experience in planning, segmentation, targeting, execution and analysis of marketing campaigns
  • Some experience working with data and analytics including: identifying and correcting data quality issues, performing analysis in Excel or similar tools.
  • Curiosity to dig into new tools and not afraid of (self-)learning new technologies
  • Detail oriented and organised to manage the many requests we get from the team and set priorities
  • Being a People person. Empathy. Have to like working with sales people who may be demanding and being the go to person for questions from our marketing team
  • University degree in business, marketing, analytics or technology is required. 

Bonus Points:

  • Understanding of the Web and Web technology (HTML, basic CSS)
  • Some experience in data analytics and with data analytic tools
  • SQL, Python experience
