As an Oncology Account Specialist (OAS) in the Denver, CO market for the Gyn/GU (Ovarian/state) team, you will play a pivotal role in channeling our scientific capabilities to improve patient outcomes. What You’ll Do: 

You will engage customers through various mediums, using your deep disease-area competence. You will identify tumor-focused business priorities at the account and territory level, working with the Oncology Business Manager to ensure appropriate account plans are crafted and managed. You will apply your understanding of the tumor patient journey and engage with key multi-disciplinary care partners across all relevant journey elements. Your role will also involve conducting opportunity assessments, developing engagement plans, educating HCPs, and upholding our ethical standards and compliance expectations. Be a role model for living AZ values; diligently and consistently uphold our ethical standards and compliance expectations.

Essential: 

  • At least 3 years of Pharmaceutical or Healthcare Sales experience 
  • Bachelor’s Degree 
  • A valid driver’s license and safe driving record 

Desired Qualifications :

  • Pharmaceutical Oncology sales experience 
  • Gu/GYN (Ovarian/Prostate) experience preferred 
  • Experience with successful launches and balancing a complex portfolio 
  • Track record of building customer relationships through various mediums (in-person and virtual) and strong sales goal achievements 
  • Ability to learn, analyze, understand, and convey complex information

Pay Transparency: The annual base salary for this position ranges from $146,014 to $177,676.00. However, base pay may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity, eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program (salaried roles), or to receive a retirement contribution (hourly roles). Benefits offered included a qualified retirement program [401(k) plan]; paid vacation and holidays; paid leaves; and health benefits, including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
