We’re looking for an experienced Product Design Manager to join our design leadership team and help shape not just a key part of the product, but our people and the ways we design and build. Design managers at Asana help their teams focus on the user and make sure we’re solving the right problems with the best solutions. We coach our teams through our process to ensure they create great results (and love doing it).
The design team at Asana is a tight-knit, collaborative group of designers who love combining research, data insights, and peer feedback into a user-centered design process. This includes starting from first principles to define a problem, through generative ideas and directions, to detailed iterations of interaction design. We pride ourselves on having a high Designer to Engineer ratio that enables you to do your best work on a balanced team.
