Title: Payments Support Specialist

Location: Arvada, CO

Job position summary:

This position will primarily be responsible for working with NCR merchant customers, in sales as well as sales support role. Working on creating proposals, pricing, to contact different leads in SMB.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Position responsible for working with NCR merchant customers in both a sales as well as sales support role
  • Position responsible for reviewing and analyzing standard merchant statements for those who opt out of standard pricing, analyzing the individual pricing, revenue, and cost elements for each of these merchants
  • Provides proposed pricing to the merchant
  • Works with the merchant customer to complete all required paperwork, including obtaining the signed merchant Statement
  • Also acts as inside sales for merchant prospects below enterprise-level merchants – accepting lead from payments partners who do not have a sales resource, handling prospects who come through the website and other marketing efforts, selling the customer on NPS’ processing solutions, providing proposals to those merchants, and completing the paperwork once the customer has accepted
  • Assist in training areas outside NPS within the NCR family on payment processing and operations, pricing, paperwork, etc.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree 
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience (preferably with Payments, POS)
  • Great sales skills 
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Good command of MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word)
