The Royal Caribbean Group’s Celebrity Cruises brand has an exciting career opportunity for a full time Manager, Field Sales for the following regions: Colorado, Utah, Nebraska, Wyoming, and New Mexico. This position is on the Sales Team reporting to the Director, Field Sales.

This position will be based in Denver, Colorado

Position Summary:

Responsible for profitable revenue generation from assigned retail travel agency accounts producing $50,000-$750,000 in current annual revenue with Celebrity Cruises to meet or exceed corporate growth goals. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Builds and maintains relationships with decision-makers at current individual accounts within territory with a significant focus on affluent zips in assigned target market
  • Works with Director of Field Sales and Regional team to analyze and develop opportunities within territory
  • Develops territory account plans and marketing/promotional strategies for assigned account base
  • Responsible for complete knowledge of all Celebrity Cruises products, services, and brand representation
  • Analyzes sales data in order to present monthly and quarterly business reviews with select accounts across territory
  • Works with Strategic Field Manager handling HQ roll-up accounts to analyze and develop opportunities and targeted initiatives 
  • Gathers and communicates reporting on customer business profile (ROI, cost of sale, yield, retention, automation)
  • Develops brand champions ensuring customers are kept up to date with the latest information on itineraries, pricing and product enhancements
  • Profitable revenue generation from assigned territory accounts to meet corporate growth goals 
  • Responsible for managing and balancing Co-op and empowerment expenditures within the territory 

Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills:

  • Minimum 3 to 5 proven outside sales experience required
  • Must be able to travel and live in assigned territory
  • Established success and proven proficiency in the core competencies required
  • Ability to use advanced business and sales knowledge to make decisions, use sound judgment, negotiate effectively and get results
  • Ability to use multiple communication and interaction methods to collaborate effectively, get results with others and develop customer champions
  • Ability to display the highest level of personal integrity, takes responsibility for personal and organizational results, and proactively develops greater ability 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or combination of education and experience
  • Travel industry preferred
