This position is responsible for maintaining patient information in all appropriate computer and manual record keeping systems. Performs routine receptionist, registrar, appointment scheduling, clerical and communication functions. Active member in a patient centered-team approach in the care of the patient and families. Works collaboratively with all team members in achieving shared goals with a consistent focus on quality care. Participates in quality improvement activities including data analysis, implementing recommendations, evaluating changes and outcomes.
