The program's goal is to use state-of-the-art approaches to unravel the molecular determinants of response to immunotherapy and to optimize immunotherapeutics such as immune checkpoint inhibitors and neoantigen-based vaccines using large scale analyses.

We are looking for a Senior Bioinformatics Engineer who will be involved in the analysis of large-scale immuno-genomic datasets collected by our own group as well as those shared by our collaborators. You will work with computational and experimental biologists in a dynamic and exciting academic environment at the nexus of cancer biology, computer science, statistics and clinical research. This position requires cross-disciplinary and strong analytical skills as well as broad experience using computational methods, databases, software and hardware.

  • Strong communicator and the ability to present results of analysis to a broad audience of physicians, scientists, and research staff.
  • Able to design, development and maintenance of computational pipelines in the center. The position will also involve collaboration with industry partners on analyzing correlative data from large Phase III studies.

You Will:

  • Present results of analysis to collaborating scientists, physicians, and colleagues.
  • Develop, maintain, and expand functionality of existing and soon to be developed bioinformatics software tools
