Are you passionate about collaborating with a team of clinicians and scientists at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center?
Then join us here at MSK, where we can provide you with the opportunity to make a difference with your career. The Immunogenomics and Precision Oncology Platform (IPOP) is a newly established program at MSK. IPOP is dedicated to developing precision immunotherapy at MSK. The program's goal is to use state-of-the-art approaches to unravel the molecular determinants of response to immunotherapy and to optimize immunotherapeutics such as immune checkpoint inhibitors and neoantigen-based vaccines using large scale analyses.
We are looking for a Senior Bioinformatics Engineer who will be involved in the analysis of large-scale immuno-genomic datasets collected by our own group as well as those shared by our collaborators. You will work with computational and experimental biologists in a dynamic and exciting academic environment at the nexus of cancer biology, computer science, statistics and clinical research. This position requires cross-disciplinary and strong analytical skills as well as broad experience using computational methods, databases, software and hardware.
