ADP is hiring an Client Service & Product Support Specialist.
ADP Tax organization is focused on providing a consistent, high-quality tax service to ADP’s million plus clients. In addition to tax deposits and filing, our tax experts respond to inquiries from State & Federal regulators on behalf of ADP clients.
In this role, you will serve as ADP's front-line for solving clients' challenges including issue resolution, answering questions, helping clients, training their users on ADP technology, and more. You will be providing support using any combination of phone, email, or chat-based communication depending on your specific team or role.
To thrive in this role, you must be comfortable working in a metrics-driven solutions center environment as part of a structured day. Adaptability, empathy, self-motivation, and organization are must-haves in this job. You will need to balance your workload, handle back-to-back inquiries, and focus on what is important. In return, you can expect job satisfaction through being that one person who saves the day for our clients.
