Our Disaster Recovery team is looking for an Insurance Analyst to join our team in Puerto Rico.

Your primary role is to analyze and review insurance data for duplication of benefits to include review of statements of loss or estimation of insurance proceeds based on insurance policy. Provide a regulatory review of case to insure completion.


  • Review insurance policies, statements of loss, scope of work and cost estimates.
  • Make determination on amount of duplication of benefits, if any.
  • Advise on FEMA obtain and maintain requirements.
  • Optimize procedures and maintain communication and focus.
  • Maintain, track cases assigned and provide input where necessary in the data management information system.
  • Review project work sheets prepared by FEMA.
  • Keep Task Force and Project Leads informed on issues, problems & resolutions.
  • Excellent customer service skill set, ability to listen and facilitate work to cost estimate.


  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Experience in insurance with knowledge of insurance policy forms and coverage for property and inland marine
  • Prior experience with FEMA insurance preferred.
  • Strong organization skills required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Puerto Rico Resident Required. 
  • Valid Puerto Rico Driver’s License Required 
  • Travel in Puerto Rico required; no overnight travel expected
  • Vehicle in good working condition 
  • Bi-Lingual in Spanish and English


Knowledge of MS Office Word and Excel, Time Management Skills.
