Internal Sales Representative (Limited Duration Contract - 6 months)

This Internal Sales Representative role implies working with the Original Equipment customers, as well as communicating with internal teams in support of the Mobile Solutions Sales team. This role offers various learning and development opportunities, and is great for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, self-starter and interested in building a career in account management in sales. The offer is for six months with an opportunity to prolong depending on an internal need.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Maintain long-term customer relationships with focus on stellar customer experience.
  • Prepare basic revenue performance analysis (price, margin, cost) and propose price.
  • Complete internal sales tasks with direction from Account Manager/Supervisor.
  • Receive and process customer inquiries in relation to pricing, lead-time, product offering, and complaints through efficient, prompt, and friendly communication.
  • Support with projects (streamline, derivative, import, paint & pack): internal and external meetings, follow-up, meet customer’s deadlines.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • 1 year experience working in a customer facing environment.
  • Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Good organizational and administration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a mechanical or industrial environment.
  • Proficiency in other languages (German, French, etc.)
  • Proficiency in CRM and Oracle
