Billing Lead Analyst

Responsible for performing billing & collections for multiple WeWork locations in Mexico

Must be well-organized in tracking details on Members, and able to work independently; Using internal software to apply discounts, edit invoices, answering Billing tickets

Able to communicate effectively via email and phone with Members and CM team

Dynamic candidate who can pick up tasks and learn internal system quickly

Coordinating w/ Treasury on Member refunds, and payment receipts

Pushing urgent payment collections from Members

Ability to review legal contracts, invoices and payments on accounts and exercise sound judgement in resolving billing discrepancies w/ Members

Coordinating w/ Community teams, and helping on home tax related requirements

Creating bridge between HQ referral team and broker to solve the communication / understanding gap.

Leading and implementing ad-hoc project for process improvement and comply with country specific requirements

Liaison between internal stakeholders, outsourcing vendor and our regional Shared service team.

  • Experience with Enterprise accounts +1000 employees.
  • Familiar with local tax regulation as Facturación 3.3 and comprobantes de pago issuance.
