Recruiter - HUM167 Description Position Summary The Talent Acquisition Specialist will partner with the Manager of Talent Acquisition on the recruitment strategy for Rexnord as well as provide full life cycle recruitment efforts Rexnord wide. This role will be responsible for driving the sourcing and recruiting requirements/processes throughout the company. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will work with the HR generalists and HR Leaders within the business units to ensure compliance and application of tools and processes. The role will partner with business leaders in developing and executing hiring plans to efficiently fill vacancies with internal and external talent, utilizing best practices in full life-cycle recruitment. This individual will be responsible for our college recruiting efforts and relationships. They are a critical partner of the recruitment function. Responsibilities Act as a strong internal recruitment partner and build trust with the three major Rexnord platforms (Zurn, Power Transmission, Aerospace) and manage requisitions across platforms Implement strategies to achieve quality of hire, time to fill and diversity slate deliverables and metrics. Engage with the business and partner with leaders to increase knowledge and understand business needs, as well as, educate them on the recruiting strategies and processes. Create and manage talent pipelines specific to respective functions to acquire the best talent. Market opportunities to external prospects and enhance rapport over the long-term. Partner with the business on all college and internship strategies for the company. Build relationships with select college career centers to enhance Rexnord awareness and candidate interest. Schedule and coordinate on campus interviews utilizing other HR generalists and business leaders Identify new creative strategies and build relationships with other organizations to enhance the pipeline of candidates for tough to fill jobs or scarce skills Must be able to implement and analyze recruitment metrics and design strategies based on outcomes. Ensure adherence to compliant recruiting and hiring practices in all transactions. Demonstrated success in developing and executing recruiting processes and hiring plans. Fluency in Taleo or similar applicant tracking systems and online sourcing networks is required.
