The Datacenter Physical Security (DCPS) team is organized within CO+I. The Physical Security Technical Excellence (TechEx) team is seeking a Senior Program Manager responsible for leading scalable physical security solutions across multiple supporting pillars. This role leads high-profile and business critical projects involving physical security site evaluation, design, construction and program management for our worldwide critical infrastructure including datacenters, leased collocations, and other types of facilities. This position is responsible for working directly with numerous internal and external teams, including regional Physical Security partners, security technology engineers, architects, numerous security vendors, construction / project managers, and customers to ensure accurate and timely delivery of services across a wide array of stakeholders and priorities.

  • Manage internal partner engagements and initiatives with Engineering, Procurement, Construction (EPC) teams within CO+I. 
  • Develop tools, process, and reporting in support of Security Design and Security Project Management pillars to support regional delivery teams. 
  • Manage external staff and suppliers responsible for maintaining active projects and record documentation for the life cycle of datacenters. 
  • Create and maintain permission groups across the various tools used by the program, identifying opportunities to provide least privileged access. 
  • Responsible for managing global supplier data for security integrators, consultants, and manufacturers. Data includes costs, forecasting, and performance. 
  • Create supplier resiliency by identifying new providers across the technical security pillars. 
  • Administer Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for various new suppliers, benchmark new and existing suppliers, and onboard new service providers. 
  • Lead regular engagements with global suppliers to manage onboarding, performance and opportunities. 
  • Routinely present to large groups of stakeholders training material, program updates, change management items and more. 
  • Global collaboration in support of AMER, APAC, EMEA, and Air-Gapped Cloud (AGC) programs.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 4+ years experience in Security Program or Program Management or related field. 

Other Requirements:

  • Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to, the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Risks, or related field AND 8+ years experience in Security Program or Program Management 
  • OR equivalent experience. 
  • Certified Protection Professional (CPP) or equivalent Protection certification 
  • OR Physical Security Professional (PSP) 
  • OR equivalent Physical Security Certification. 

Security IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $91,800 - $178,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $117,900 - $195,000 per year.
