The pay range per hour is $144,400.00 - $259,900.00

A role in Enterprise Product means partnering with product, technology, user experience, data science, and analytics leaders across Digital, Marketing, Supply Chain, Store, Merchandising, Finance, and other business units to enable key strategies that are critical to the enterprise for the experiences we create for our guests. An expert in end-to-end, experience-driven orchestration, you will help facilitate outcome-based planning, prioritization, sequencing, and alignment of product and experience priorities that cross multiple portfolios. You will also serve as a trusted resource to guide other enterprise partners to ensure the integrity and value delivery of end-to-end solutions.

Product Teams at Target Corporation are accountable for the delivery of business outcomes enabled through technology and analytic products that are easy to use, easily maintained and highly reliable. Product teams have one shared backlog that is inclusive of all products, technology and design work.

As a Principal Product Manager on the Enterprise Product Team, you will work in the product model and will lead the development of a complex enterprise product strategy and facilitate value delivery in support of the OKRs across an enterprise portfolio of products. You will play a pivotal role in defining and implementing routines to support the enterprise product portfolio, experience strategy, planning, prioritization, and sequencing in alignment with Target’s enterprise business and customer goals

You will need to leverage your extensive enterprise product knowledge, as well as a data-driven approach to influencing stakeholders and making trade-offs in service to the delivering value to the business and guest.

You will be the “voice of the product” to all outside stakeholders advocating for your product and ensuring their needs are met and that the product team is getting the leadership and support that it needs to be successful. You will need to cultivate strong relationships across the enterprise to drive collaboration and alignment with key partners and stakeholders across pyramids.

You will develop and actively maintain a product roadmap outlining prioritization for the customer themes, technical needs, and design challenges to be delivered and you will be accountable to facilitatefinal decisions on scope and prioritization relative to the enterprise product backlog. 

You will oversee progress against enterprise product outcomes and priorities to ensure work is in line with the product strategy while prioritizing themes, epics, and stories, to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with the product strategy.

About you:

  • Four-year degree or equivalent experience
  • 10+ yearsproduct experience
  • Extensive experience facilitating sequencing of enterprise-level product priorities using customer-centric and service design practices to identify and orchestrate organizational impacts and dependencies.
  • Proven ability to successfully lead a diverse team through ambiguity
  • Experience with technology and ability to facilitate communication between business, product, ux, and technology teams 
  • Strong communication skills with proven ability to influence peers, key stakeholders and leaders
  • Expert at working in an agile environment within an enterprise-scale product organization
  • Ability to plan and set a strategy, define enterpriseOrganizational Key Results (OKRs), communicate and drive business outcomes

This position may be considered for a Remote or Hybrid (known internally at Target as "Flex for Your Day") work arrangement based on Target's needs. A Remote work arrangement means the team member works full-time from home or an alternate location that's not a Target location, does not have a desk at a Target location and may travel to HQ up to 4 times a year. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member's core role may be performed either remote or onsite at a Target location depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day. Work duties cannot be performed outside of the country of the primary work location, unless otherwise prescribed by Target.
