The opportunity

Provide business intelligence and support lead generation for the tapi CDMO and big pharma strategy and business growth plans. The AD for Business Intelligence & Governance should also establish routines to assure alignment across cross functional teams and execution against the plan. 

How you’ll spend your day

  • Teva API CDMO offering, design the general Teva API CDMO offering presentation, mapping of R&D and Ops capabilities, presentation of the sites identified for CDMO and R&D development services (e.g., polymorph screening). 
  • CDMO and Big pharma projects monitoring – real-time monitoring of the RFPs/RFQs activities and project execution, lead monthly reporting meeting with management, data maintenance, status pulse check with AMs/ customers
  • Big Pharma Process Governance from RFP to commercial - Increase information flow between stakeholders, aligning the projects status with relevant functions, alignment of regulatory workplans to ensure submission on time.
  • CDMO & Big pharma Information sharing tool – define the CDMO dedicated system requirements with IT, products and opportunities management, dashboards for monitoring, service requests, information sharing with customer etc.
  • Identify potential CDMO and Big pharma leads – create and implement lead generation process, establish a "focus list" to business development team for pro-active promotions, leads status pulse check with sales team, analyze CDMO opportunities to identify where there is technology overlap to offer services to relevant clients.
  • CDMO Market benchmarking – Analyze best practice processes to identify key trends, opportunities, and threats to assess CDMO market opportunities.
  • Customer journey – Map the complete customer journey for CDMO with Teva API, identify strengths and areas for improvement, and implement governance to optimize customer experience.

Your experience and qualifications

  • 5+ years of pharmaceutical experience in business intelligence, strategic planning. 
  • CDMO Pharmaceutical industry experience required. 
  • B2B Pharmaceutical industry experience strongly preferred.
  • Pertinent professional education: Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field of study required. 
  • Demonstrated ability to organize, lead and execute on a variety of assignments and action plans; driving for results and managing complex projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate across different levels of the organization.
  • Strong strategic agility and business acumen.
  • High potential for development.
