We are currently looking for a colleague to join our Salesforce Team. As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting our ongoing Salesforce implementation, post merger acquisition projects and manage the change requests of internal customers.

Your Role as the Salesforce Administrator:

  • Enhancing our current Salesforce platform to accommodate business needs
  • Own aspects of (post-merger integration) projects, e.g: Consolidation of two salesforce instances, alignment on various business and operational processes, etc.
  • Work with a various Digital Turbine teams, e.g. Sales, Client Services, Business Operations, Legal, Finance ..., as well as various system owners to deliver high quality solutions
  • Collecting, challenging, evaluating and documenting business requirements
  • Manage permissions on Organization, Profile & Role / User level
  • Management and implementation of customization requests including creation of validations, flows, etc.
  • Development of customized reports, dashboards, and processes, e.g. to continuously monitor data quality and integrity
  • Support end-users on request, including mass data updates / imports using API or import tools
  • Own DocuSign & other third party integrations
  • Provide trainings to new users or for new functionalities

Your Skills as the Salesforce Administrator:

  • You are an SFDC expert with great Salesforce skills, having minimum 2 years of professional experience with Salesforce
  • You are a certified Salesforce Advanced Administrator. Any other certifications would be a plus
  • Experience with Salesforce implementation and integration projects
  • Knowledge / Hands-on experience on the following is a plus: DocuSign, Marketing Pardot, Salesforce development
  • You have excellent communication skills to both clearly explain systems and to gather requirements from business customers
  • You are proactive with the willingness to cover tasks end-to-end with high engagement
  • You have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to cope with related frequent changes as well as new business requirements
  • You are fluent in Business English
