Description

Customer Service: The incumbent is responsible to Support Customer Service Staff in processing invoices, credits and prepares Customs documents, daily pick tickets and perform Account Receivable support as requested.  Incumbent will also be responsible for the front desk, main phone line and daily mail.


Purchasing function: Incumbent will process ASC purchase orders on the network, follow-up on the open orders and be the backup for the Purchasing department.


CMS Inventory and Billing: The incumbent physically supports ASC/FSL locations with Chemical Management and VMI programs. The incumbent processes data for MCCs to procure materials for Ship and bill CMS programs, and to process the respective orders in HMM for such programs.


Additionally will handle ALL 3rd party items for CMS or non CMS customers, order entry and billing for ASC Canada and be the backup for the CMS Inventory and Invoicing coordinator.


Qualifications

Requires:  Community College diploma or equivalent and 2-3 years experience in Customer Service position(s) preferably Aerospace. Good knowledge of MS Office, and good interpersonal, written and communications skills. Knowledge of aerospace sealant and coating products.  Effective organizational skills and attention to detail.  Team player.
