About the Role

The Vendor Marketing Specialist develops, coordinates, executes marketing campaigns and manages budgets for assigned vendor accounts. The core responsibilities include managing deadlines, projects requirements, vendor marketing activity implementation, and MDF claims to ensure accuracy. This role is responsible for supporting the vendor marketing relationship and works as a liaison with internal stakeholders to support the business needs and desired outcomes. The Vendor Marketing Specialist has a robust understanding of ROI requirements of executed campaigns and ability to present detailed metrics and recommendations to key stakeholders. Willing to travel up to 15% of the time.

What You'll Do

  • Manages projects through workflow management systems (20%)
  • Marketing Development Fund Management and claims (30%)
  • Marketing Communications (20%)
  • ROI reporting (10%)
  • Project Planning and Execution (15%)
  • Process Improvement Projects (5%)

Other Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Additional duties as assigned
  • Meets attendance and punctuality standards

What We're Looking For:

Experience:

  • 1 to 2 Years of relevant work experience.

Education & Certifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree with Marketing or Business Field of Study preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Other Education / Certifications: Project Management

Working Conditions:

  • May be located at the Clearwater corporate office or at the reseller location.
  • Professional, office environment.
  • Some travel required.
