  • Ability to train new employees and refresh skills with the existing employees to guarantee a high level of performance
  • Ability to learn and grasp new systems and platforms such as; the CJ platform, project management tools, and reporting suites
  • Solid digital understanding to support in best-practice monitoring, upskilling, and process improvement to ensure that the team exceeds industry standards of working and delivery

With over 20 years of experience, CJ Affiliate is the most trusted and established name in affiliate marketing. In this role, as a performance-based marketing person you would explore helping Publishers acquire new customers, plan strategies, reporting the progress and analyze the results for every action they drive. Come up with strategies to recruit publishers which create fair, transparent, and successful partnerships between advertisers and publishers.

What you will do

  • The role is an extension of the publisher development teams located across regions – UK/ Europe and is responsible for facilitating publisher development activities in collaboration with various teams
  • Provide a comprehensive step-by-step guide for onboarding a new publisher to an affiliate network, ensuring a smooth and efficient integration that fosters successful partnerships.
  • Research and identify potential publishers, outreach, create account and help in publisher application
  • Engage with Publishers w.r.t onboarding, training and help them select suitable affiliate programs
  • Proactively engage with publisher development global team and assist with strategies
  • Responsible for overseeing delivery & performance of the publisher development team members in India
  • Proactively identify projects, automation, recommendations to better a publisher’s program.
  • Responsible for driving forward task efficiencies and consistent best practice across the team
  • Prioritizing activities based on the needs of the team
  • Assist Manager with capacity planning and management

Qualifications

  • A graduate/postgraduate in any discipline
  • 6-8 years of exposure in digital media/client services role
  • Understanding of affiliate marketing, digital advertising, and performance marketing trends.
  • Strong excel reporting skills who can analyze and interpret data to provide insights that support business decisions.
  • Ability to think strategically, analyze data, and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
