We are seeking... 

A Jr. Alumni Community Manager. The detailed oriented Jr. Alumni Community Manager will handle the day to day operations of our alumni community.  This individual will assist the Alumni Community Manager to execute a variety of events and programs designed to connect alumni locally and nationally. The Jr. Alumni Community Manager will manage the alumni online community platform by posting content, responding to posts and marketing events in the area.

 As Jr. Alumni Community Manager, you will perform such duties as assigned from time to time including:

  • Assist with the content and day to day operations of the online community platform for the alumni at a local and national level.
    • Platform content (posting, event photos, responding to post)
  • Support the Alumni Community Manager in planning and implementing a variety of programs and events that fulfills the need of each diverse alumni community (Happy hours, Speaker Series, Educational events)
  • Support with planning and implementing community outreach events in alumni communities
  • Assist with monitoring and reconciling the alumni network budget
  • Manage RSVPs, execution of registration, contract submission, and pre event preparation
  • Oversee all alumni volunteers and tracking volunteer hours
  • Coordinate vendors, venues, logistics and post event surveys
  • Manage the inventory and ordering of alumni merchandise
  • Collaborate with Field Operations Manager and Digital Events Manager to research event vendors and identify new alumni events
  • Participate in pilot initiatives as needed


  • Have 1-2 year experience  with event management platform
  • Experience with Online Community Platform such as Graduway
  • Event experience (1-3 years)
