RSA - Maintenance Renewals Representative

An RSA Maintenance Renewals Specialist is responsible for contacting existing customers to renew support contracts, educate customers on new product developments, understanding a customers purchase process, and prospect to customers that have lapsed support contracts. An RSA Maintenance Renewals Specialist will make sure customers understand the value of an active support contract, work to retain every customer before their contract end date, and ensure customers are protecting their RSA investment. This role is critical to RSA’s transformation to a SaaS company.

This role involves a high level of activity over the phone, email, and in-person. Due to the level of activity, an RSA Maintenance Renewals Specialist must be highly organized to ensure that all outreach and follow up items are responded to in a timely manner. The role also requires accurate forecasting and logging & updating activities in RSA’s CRM tool.

As a member of the RSA Maintenance Renewals team, you will be contributing to one of RSA’s most essential teams by providing a consistent and reliable stream of revenue to the organization. In addition, you will work closely with the Account Executives to facilitate customer conversations. Through these collaborations you will develop core skills and product knowledge that will transfer to your future sales role within RSA.

Job Requirements:

  • 1 year of sales or pre-sales experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to listen to and seek out solutions to customer needs.
  • Ability to cross-sell and up-sell.
  • Ability to handle questions relating to the service products.
  • Effective organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of SFDC, Clari, and Excel.
  • Good communication skills: both written and verbal.
