The purpose of this role is to independently execute the campaign process, from instruction receipt to file production, with the highest level of accuracy. This role understands, customises and optimises the entire campaign management process, to include new campaign requirements, development test, production execution and quality control. This role oversee the campaign execution of other team members, ensuring quality delivery across the team.

Must Have Skills: 

  • Experience in Adobe Campaign 
  • SQL – joins, complex queries, etc. 
  • Good communication skills 
  • Problem Solving skills 
  • Understanding of Relational Database 

Good to have Skills: 

  • JavaScript 
  • HTML, CSS stylesheets 
  • Experience in any other campaign management platform like Unica, SF, Eloqua, etc. 
  • API Integrations – SOAP, REST, etc. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, design, consider design alternatives, facilitate discussions and provide out of the box solution for marketing automation requirements
  • Lead the effort to design, build and configure campaigns, acting as the primary point of contact
  • Able to troubleshoot the various technical/functional issues related to Adobe Campaign. 
  • Leverages knowledge of database marketing tools and principles to develop methods for process automation, process governance, and capabilities improvements.
  • Strong hands-on SQL development – experience in writing SQL or debugging database queries
  • Use experience in Adobe Campaign /Adobe Tech Stack to create, apply & assist team with marketing automation best practices & guidelines. 
  • Effectively collaborates with the internal team including marketing, analytics, product management, delivery channels, risk and compliance
  • Ability to interact with and communicate effectively with management. 
  • Must be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Act as a mentor for Junior Developers and offshore teams.
  • Brings an innovation mindset to enhance overall design & performance.
  • Excellent communication skills and knowledge of Agile methodology

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience with Adobe Campaign.
  • BA/BS degree in computer science or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication, organizational and analytical skills
  • Excellent time management, planning, and prioritization skills
  • Experience in SQL or any other database
  • Experience of working in Agile
  • Worked with client-based projects and know how to service clients, including handling deadlines
  • Knowledge of technologies like XML, JSON, JavaScript, HTML and CSS
  • Experience with Linux systems administration is a plus.
