We’re seeking a strategic content creator and talented storyteller to create content across a variety of channels for our B2B brand—Tripadvisor for Business—including our suite of hospitality products.

This position will play a key role in strengthening our brand and product voice as well as our presence in the B2B space, increasing awareness for our B2B product offerings and establishing Tripadvisor for Business as an industry thought leader and business solution. The right person for this role will be able to turn insights into compelling, multimedia stories; has an approachable writing style; and knows how to craft content to meet business needs and goals. This new role sits on the Creative & Content team, within the greater Marketing organization, and collaborates closely with our B2B content strategist and marketing partners to produce, edit, and manage both long- and short-form content at scale. 

What you’ll do:

  • Create B2B thought-leadership content, leveraging a mix of formats including digital articles, videos, white papers, case studies, franchises, and social posts that communicate our unique offering
  • Develop B2B content that drives demand, leads, and acquisition of our hospitality products 
  • Evolve our Hotels & Restaurants product coverage, pitch in on copywriting for product marketing and other seasonal and always-on campaigns for B2B
  • Deeply understand the B2B audience and their challenges, and craft communication in a way that focuses on solutions to help them make decisions 
  • Optimize SEO in existing content and ensure new content pieces (landing pages, articles, videos, etc.) are SEO optimized, leveraging keywords and trends to structure content
  • Work closely with content strategy, design, marketing, and channel leads to build and manage a content calendar; ensure seamless execution, and timely publishing
  • Work with content strategy and marketing to adapt calendar and cadence according to data and insights
  • Manage end-to-end content projects from idea to final product—conducting interviews, developing content, securing approvals, submitting translations, and handling channel delivery
  • Grow a diverse, engaging network of writers, editors, and dynamic content creators; edit freelance work

Skills & Experience:

  • 8+ years’ work experience in a B2B editorial, content marketing, copywriting, or content creator role, preferably within the travel or hospitality industry, a B2B SaaS, or a product-led organization
  • Experience producing B2B short- and long-form multimedia content across platforms and channels; ability to take a story concept and adapt it to a diverse set of content types distributed across a series of channels 
  • Familiarity with visual storytelling principles that are solution-oriented; ability to work closely with a designer to bring a story to life that demonstrates how the content educates and informs in order to drive action
  • Ability to adapt creative output according to data, insights, and trends
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills including proficiency in AP style; skilled at using a variety of content types to reach a variety of learning styles
  • Experience managing multiple, large-scale, cross-functional projects and working with numerous stakeholders to bring content goals to life 
  • Ability to roll with feedback; prioritize and multitask in a dynamic environment; adapt easily and quickly to change
  • Has a deep, diverse network of writers and contributors at the ready and a strong ability to assign, edit, and coach as needed to create great work
  • A strong cross-team collaborator and relationship builder 
  • Strong sense of ownership and an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Passion for the hospitality industry and restaurant business partners

The salary range for this role is $140,000 to $155,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in New York City. An employee’s pay position within the wage range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, performance, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs. This compensation range may also be modified in the future.
